• Export functionality (Plus and Pro plans)
• Cloud storage and sync (Plus and Pro plans)
• AI Branch Expansion for deep dives (Pro plan)

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

5. Payment Terms

For Plus and Pro subscriptions:

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use automated means to access the service (scraping, bots)

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using Mind Map Minion. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as needed to provide the service.

Mind Map Minion, including its design, code, graphics, and logos, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Mind maps generated by our AI are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy:

• AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content
• We do not guarantee that AI output will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mind Map Minion shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
